Home prices climbed in September across the Milwaukee metro area, with the median sales price rising 11.8% year over year to $380,000 and the average price up 10.7% to $446,397. Active listings increased 2.9% to 3,095, while closed sales grew 3.8% to 1,331.
The market remained tight with 2.3 months of supply and a median of 21 days on market, unchanged from last year. Pending sales held steady at 394.
